Play Spaces Have Your Say
Published 25th October 2022
Survey closed 2nd January 2023
We are seeking your views to help us develop a draft vision for play in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
We’d like to hear your views about the Play Spaces – play areas/playgrounds, MUGAs (Multi-Use Games Areas – where a variety of different sports and games can be played) and wheeled play areas (skate parks, BMX pump tracks etc) – you use and your opinions about them.
We will combine your feedback with our own information about all our play spaces and then will pull together a ‘Plan for Play’ focusing on how we will manage and maintain them.

In-person community engagement
Members of the Play Team were pleased to have met with local residents at play spaces across BCP on 26th October 2022; we plan to carry out further engagement next spring/summer.
We are especially keen to hear from those who use our play spaces, including parents, grandparents, carers, skateboarders, cyclists and residents living close to a designated play area.
